All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We respect your privacy regarding SMS communications and maintain strict confidentiality of your consent and contact preferences.
How You Consent: When you submit an equipment rental request, you may choose to receive text message updates by checking the “I would like to receive updates by text” checkbox on our request form. By checking this box and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly opt in to receive SMS messages from RentMall related to your request and account. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Opting Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send. You may also reply “HELP” for assistance or contact us at ceo@rentmall.org to update your messaging preferences. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in by resubmitting a request with the checkbox selected.
Message frequency varies based on your request status and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not share your SMS consent, phone number, or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, but we will not sell your data. Rental providers receive your contact and request details to facilitate quotes and rentals.
