3. SMS & Text Messaging Privacy
What we collect and how we use it: If you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. We use them only to send text messages about the equipment rental request you submitted: a confirmation of your request details and status updates as your quote is processed.
How You Consent: When you submit an equipment rental request on rentmall.org, you may choose to receive text messages by checking the box that reads “I would like to receive SMS updates from RentMall.org about my rental request.” By checking this box and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly opt in to receive SMS messages from RentMall related to your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency and rates: Message frequency varies based on your request status. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help: Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help, or contact ceo@rentmall.org. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS unless you opt in again.
No sharing for marketing: We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, including our SMS delivery provider, and we do not sell your data. To fulfil your request, rental providers matched to it receive your request details and the contact information you provided, solely to prepare your quote. SMS opt-in and consent data are not shared with them, and your number is not used for marketing.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
